Commission Info

Please read the Terms of Agreement first / This section is for both personal and commercial use. Also, there is a Chibi commission info on the same page as Waitlist if you're interested. You will be able to see more of my art samples on the “Gallery” page.
The inquiry process is that you can send me your commission details through any message on social media that I have available, then if we have an agreement, we can move on to the payment. I would like my clients to pay upfront 100% after the detailed discussion and slot reservation. You can always ask me about the queue and the work process, no pressure at all. Lastly, I send my art through E-mail, Drive, and Dropbox (you can request how you would like to receive your work, open for suggestions and requests). Please send full payment within 24 hours after a slot-reserved confirmation. After making a reservation, cancellations and refunds are not available under any circumstances.**

Terms of Agreement

  • The price is per head.

  • In the finished work, the layers will be grouped as one; so if you want separated layers, please prior inform me.

  • I also reserve the right to post my commissioned work on any of my social media, portfolio, and publications, with the watermark, of course. If you prefer me not to, please feel free to tell me.

  • I will not take urgent commission unless it is the sketch type, and there will be a 2 times price increase.

  • You, the clients, may post the commissioned work on any social platform, but please give me credit as the artist.

  • You may not make any profits out of the commissioned artwork if it is NOT a commercial commission.

  • The default canvas size will be set as B5, 182x257mm with 300 dpi resolution. However, the canvas may be adjusted which I will prior inform you.

  • No additional price for basic BG. However, there will be an additional charge for a detailed BG and complex designs

  • The price will be added depending on the details of the work. The next additional character's price will be 100% of the base price for B&W (flat and rendered) and 70% of the base price.

  • If you're interested in a character sheet, please contact me directly (the price starts at 150+ USD for flat B&W = 1 full body + 2 half body + 2 bust up).

  • The piece will take a week to a month, depending on my schedules, the type of artwork, and holidays. If there is an emergency, I will tell you beforehand.

  • Only accept 2 revisions during the sketch and base colors process. After that, only a minor change will be accepted without the additional fee. And you cannot request to change the design back once we move on from sketch and base color process.

  • However, when I finished the piece, no change will be made under any circumstances after that unless the misunderstanding is coming from my side.

  • The process will be updated accordingly as Sketch >> Lineart >> Base Colors >> Rendering.

  • For commercial artwork, the price will be double from the base price. You cannot duplicate the artwork for sale. You could use the art to promote, and such.

  • Anything besides this table "I do/do not" below needs to be discussed first. Please contact me in case you have a question.
